The Resume Shop provides professional resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, and related career document services. All services are delivered digitally. Final deliverables are provided within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase, typically within 2 business days of receiving all required information from you.
Payment is required in full before work begins. We use Stripe to process payments securely. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. All prices are listed in USD.
Due to the custom and time-intensive nature of our services, all sales are final once work has begun. If you have not yet submitted your intake information and work has not started, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase and we will issue a full refund.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your deliverables, contact us and we will work with you to make revisions.
Upon full payment, you own the resume and LinkedIn content we create for you. We retain the right to reference your engagement in aggregate, anonymized statistics (e.g., "over 100 clients served") but will never share identifiable details about you or your documents without your permission.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the intake process. The quality of our work depends on the information you share. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
Our services are provided "as is." While we strive to produce high-quality documents that improve your job search, we cannot guarantee specific employment outcomes, interview requests, or job offers. Results vary based on individual circumstances, industry conditions, and other factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Resume Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
